love this song.
here are the lyrics:
When can we get together again?
Nevermind, I’ve lost you
How can I tell if I love you anymore
Nevermind, I know I do
Call you closer to my arms
You’ll feel better when you’re warm
Do you like it when you leave your house?
Do you like it when you’re in a town?
That you love
Like one I live in
Like one I live in
It’s my body’s plan
I feel another
Timer
Will my love
Slow down
It’s my body’s plan
Make another telephone call
Think of you and me

this video starts off lame and then satisfies. I especially like this part:

Blackbird Blackbird’s Kaleidoscope Hypnosis

Bacchus Racchus - The What (by Lucas Revolution)
Hey Glo Fi,
Would like to show you my video - this sat on the shelves for 12 years before it was finally digitized and released to the web… http://vimeo.com/14274335 It’s pretty wild and crazy and I think you’ll dig it. The band was called The What and the song is Bacchus Racchus. My band is called Revolution is for Lovers now.

Thanks, Lux. You were riding the wave before Bieber was born. And this video is definitely SFBW (safe for boob watching).

Junk Culture - West Coast (via blaghinfo)
kinda anco meets bullion.
A new project by Deepak Mantena, who was recently signed to Illegal Art. On West Coast, Deepak’s samples are all run through a handheld recorder that gives his constructions a gritty lo-fi loop-based sound, mixing fractured vocals, pop hooks, and an overall euphoric warmth.
Get ready for the new Chairlift album.
These creepy pop sounds coming from Caroline Polachek and Patrick Wimberly have got me damp. Especially the Juicy-esque groove at 1:54.

And what’s up with this video? It reminds me of watching old sci-fi movies at my friend’s parent’s house when I was 9. The house was modern and his parents were never there.
Chairlift is making the slide from Kanine to Columbia on their upcoming (third) album out sometime in 2011.
